So where did it all start? |

In a nutshell, I wanted to help spread the love for Japanese green tea. I know green tea is popular now but I still come across lots of people who have yet to experience a proper green tea brew; I mean the really good stuff which brings back memories of my childhood and not the bitter 'medicine' that people often force down. |

In fairness, really good quality Sencha (the general Japanese term for green tea) is not easy to come across outside of Japan. Even in Japan, when I was first sourcing our tea, the variation in quality and taste was staggering. So I've made it an ongoing mission to pass on as much information about this often misunderstood elixir and how best to enjoy it as I can. |
